The fact remains: A well-conditioned athlete will be the winner of the fight more often than not. Way more often, if I may venture to say this. In fact, It will be the ONLY deciding factor in most of his fights. It hardly matters which sport. could be capoeira, kickboxing, soccer, hell even ballet for all you know! Some armchair ninja is not gonna have much of a chance in beating up a good athlete of the same mass. NO MATTER WHICH STYLE!!
Another thing . . . If you’ve ever been in a REAL fight, then you would agree. Being punched in the face is the ultimate fight or flight moment! The first time that this happens to you, you will know if you are a fighter. Few - if any - “styles” will prepare you for this crucial moment any more than any other “style” will. If you are hit by a strong puncher, even if you have fought before, you might not want to fight anymore. This is still NOT a good time to try to kill your opponent by kneeing them in the xyphoid process (otherwise known as the solar plexis), or by striking them in the internal organs (these techniques are completely irresponsible and are used only by cowards, outside of life & death situations !!!)
One last thing. Few can handle military or mma training. Only a fool would challenge this statement.
P.S. groin kicks will also work to neutralize a superior opponent. BUT YOU HAVE TO BE FIGHTING A GUY!!!
