I think it’s important for women to know how to defend themselves against guys. I also think it’s important for women to offer coherent arguments. I really don’t know how any of what you said relates to “how capoeira rocks.”

I never said anything about women, though the tone of your post seems to suggest I did. I don’t care if you know women who dominate in the ring. I can only guess that that is some vicarious self-esteem-building strategy you read in Cosmo. Maybe you think I find the idea of women boxers threatening? I don’t. Neither physically nor emotionally. I believe in equality between the sexes.

But with respect to what you said was the original thesis of your argument, do you really believe capoeira will save you?
