Capoeira is a beautiful dance with limited self-defense applications. It is not for fighting, regardless of how many people will say otherwise. Capoeira against Capoeira can be a fight, but it’s entirely impractical against anything else. I mean no disrespect; I admire Capoeiristas’ incredible strength, coordination, and fluidity, but it is not a fighting art.
