Myself, being 50+ and involved in Choy Li Fut for 18 months with limited advancement in rank, fully realize that I will not be achieving Sifu status. While perfection is a fantasy, my improvement and knowledge is reality. Maybe others are too concerned with advancement to appreciate diversity (and similarities) of all the forms.
