I’m on Choy Li Fut path in life. How successful you are with any fighting art is reflected in your depth of study as student. Not many good teachers though. Excellent basics can win in an attack on street but if the attacker is trained you had better be better!

My master teaches Choy Li Fut forms for group attacks and we spar 1 on 1. I have fought a group in street and I would choose ,’C L F’ over Muai Tai any day. It works best if one can improvise and adjust it’s forms so the attack can’t be read. Whipping hits and circular power techniques! It’s the best!
