I just have to say. In reply to previous comments. That forms are mostly used to pass on original information. They are practiced for conditioning, as well as timing. If you have not taken kung fu you should not comment on forms. I will not argue that muay thai is faster for learning to put up a fight on the streets. There are many forms that involve more than one person. Both would be simultaneously attacking and blocking.. either with or with out weapons. IF that doesn’t prepare you for having a punch throw at you … or a weapon swung at you… I don’t know what does.
