I see that you have stated that the art of striking points originated in China. In my world study on this subject, I found that striking the body at vital points,began in southern India and then came to China. We know the date China started to understand the points for healing and striking India’s martial arts perdates China by hunderds of year. The reason know knowledge has come out of India on striking this points is that they do not use a chart for it is to this day transmitted master to student ONLY! This would make it impossible to outsider to study or practice. I feel that I must give credit were credit is do.
