There are no forceful evidences that demonstrates that Dim Mak originated in India.

According to Bubishi (The Biblie of Karate), Dim Mak is of Chinese origin. And the first Master of Dim Mak who is mentioned in Bubishi was master Fung Yiyuan(who was Chinese). Master Fung developed the theory of attacking 36 points on the body that were divided into four categories consisting of 9 death points, 9 neurological shut down points, 9 pain points and 9 paralyzing points.
