The infamous MMA of BJJ-Kickboxing, and the infamous Bill Jee…hmmm, both are real, and both are effective. What these politics come down to is the fact that, the majority of the westerners or are involved in BJJ-Kickboxing MMA, is that theyre too caught up in the movie idea of Kung-Fu, they want the quick fix, the right-now.
Granted that’s how fights happen, but think of it like this, if you didn’t have anything to prove to the common majoriy, then why care what’s what?
To those witht he argument defending Dim-Mak, any true Kung-Fu practitioner should be well aware of thier Sifu and how he or she teaches you, if the Sifu does somthing like, “OK, this Dim-Mak strike does this, this and this”, and then he or she doesn’t demonstrate, (without the energy mind you), then I’d find me a real teacher.
On the other hand, like my Sifu, demonstrates the meridian points, and the meridian flow. Me personally, I’ve felt the meridian point, and flow, of the solo-plexus, leg meridians, arm meridians, temple meridian, soft spot in the back of the head meridian, and the spine-neck joint meridian, (i dont know the numbers, or the names of these meridian points yet).
But what I have felt is dizziness, light headedness, my leg go out and not being able to stand up on it for a few minutes, my arm give out no matter how tight ofa grip i have, I’ve felt nausea, and a feeling like i was going to puke.
