my wife, our two daughters, and myself are currntly studying Combat Hapkido, which is the only form recognized from the U.S. founded by Grandmaster John Pelligrini, i personally find it to be a very effective form of self defense, as well as a fairly easy style to learn, and incorporate with other styles, such as Tae Kwon Do.
