So for the comment that you dont need to know other forms of martial arts to master JKD is crap. JKD is based on being able to adapt to whatever your opponent throws at you “be like water” (Bruce Lee himself said that). Its not a form but a way to bring other forms together to make one fluid movement. You cant do this without knowing atleast a couple of forms of martial arts. I cant make you agree with me but this is what i was thought after years of training with Dan Inosato (the guy Bruce Lee taught). And call me crazy but im gonna take his word for it.
