I have been studying judo for a year now and it is the best decision I ever made.

Judo is more than a sport, it’s a defensive art and a philosophy. Judo extends beyond the dojo and into every aspect of life.

To point out a frequent misunderstanding : Judo DOES have strikes (atemi-waza) but they are not taught until you are at black belt level as strikes are obviously extremely dangerous to use.
