There *is* an overlap with BJJ techniques (after all, it’s Jujitsu), but Goshin systems tend to incorporate more “standup” techniques (and weapons-defense, at least at our school) than BJJ. This also has video clips of techniques, not just a syllabus listing, in case anybody wanted to see the difference in action.
