What the hell are you talking about, Karate only came to japan at the end of the 19th century. it was used by the peaple of Okinawa to defend themselfs when japanes invaders outlawed weapons. One of the key philosifies of karate is to deliver the full force of a punch at the point of impackt, this was so they could punch through the lacured bamboo armor of samari.

The art itself didn’t become popular in japan untill the 20th century.
