Hard to say, probably impossible to know for sure. Every country has at least one form of combat.

There are over 1500 known forms of kung fu, probably a few unknown ones too.
Four main schools of karate and god knows how many sub-schools, same with ju jitsu and ninjitsu.

Plus there are “fake” styles too, made up to con the unwary.
I think no one knows, doubt its possible to keep track of them now!
