I really loved this when I took it. I think it is superior to other forms of martial arts. Can’t wait to find a good teacher again. My last teacher was an 8th degree black belt from Hawii. I love the spiritual ways of this art. I was told to become the leopard, I did, and it is beautiful. This is the only form of martial arts I would ever take. Believe me, this is the one.
