To mohamed nasih,
The best way to train for martial arts is to repeat your dojo traing at home. This way you are using the ations you would actually use in the art to train all the correct muscles.
A little light weight traing will help supplement this, but remember bulky mucles will constrict movement due to their size.
There is a book i use called “Complete conditoning for martial arts”, i don’t know the author off the top of my head (i’m at work right now), plus a book on sports stretching.
What training you do depends on the art your studying, so once again its best to just repeat your formal training at home. You can also use wrist and leg weights to increase the resistance once your more competent (but watch out as it can increase the chances of injury if unprepared). Hope that helps
