My response was directed at the earlier comment about the comparison drawn between KM punches and boxing punches. It was stated that they are equals because they use the same techniques. I took exception the idea that KM equals boxing’s skill with the hands. I also pointed out that KM guys know how to disarm people and gouge eyeballs, etc. while boxers do not. We do, as you said, stick to what we’re good at. KM should not draw these comparisons, as you said, because it is not a fighting art. It is a survival art.
