I found the comment about the speedier more agile fighter will win the fight amusing.
If the fight is based on points maybe but I have been practicing martial arts of all types for over 40 years now. I may not have seen it all but I have seen a lot including military and police experience.
You have to hit with effect! I’ve seen lots of fights where one fighter is a blur of fast ineffective hits. Bigger, slower fighter covers up, then reaches out and grabs the other fighter and pulls him close to plant some very hard hits in very bad places.
Up to that point the faster fighter was 1000 to one on points. After it was over the slower fighter was the one who walked away.
Got to balance speed and power.
