Hey I’ve been practicing Muay Thai for about 5-6 years now and to tell you the truth, I’m not sure whether it focuses on cardiovascular or respiratory endurance, depending on what kind of training you endure.
I can tell you that it certainly effective even if you don’t use gloves, because this guy tried fighting me, and i almost put him in the hospital. All in all, it’s probably one the best martial arts techniques you could use.
