Thai foot work is totally different ..

I have seen many club footed fools stomping around the ring thinking they are doing some kind of foot work and in reality they may as well be stomping grapes into wine ..

The thai 3 step has its place that is diffenitly true .. However a well developed power step/supper push foot, in four directions would help most fighters for the first four years!!!

Humble yours self and follow the path to success. Foot work is the most important thing any beginer will learn, then comes distance and then timming …
