Thaiwarrior you need to do more research because back in 2,500 B.C. there were no countries living in southeast asia the first nation discovered was Kambuja Empire ancient name of the khmer people dating back around 800 A.D. and they had their own martial art called Bokator preceding Muay Thai which they stole from Cambodia.

Thailand wasn’t even a nation untill the 13th century and i believe the first period was Sukothai and that is in 1200 A.D. not 2,500 B.C. Thailand is only known for Muay Thai because you guys commercialized it.

I bet if Cambodia didn’t go through the Pol Pot regime and the killing fields they wouldn’t be poor and no one would know what Muay Thai was but the Thai people, and people would know of Cambodian martial arts.
