Make sure your instructor is legitimate and whatever you study has legitimate roots. It saddens me that serious students of Ninjutsu get conned by people posing as masters of some never heard of Ninjutsu system with quotes from Dr Hatsumi’s and other recognised authors books as if their own.

Even Bujinkan members make sure your instructor understand the Budo of this unique art. I would suggest Shihan Brin Morgan (personal student of Dr Hatsumi) with his Shadow Warrior group. Good luck!
