In your blurb on Savate you state that French sailors learned kicking techniques from Asian cultures.

There is absolutely no proof that this is the case and there is no evidence that Savate is anything other than a purely French creation.

This is Savate and not Le Boxe Francais, which is an amalgamation of French and English techniques.
