Just a small correction.
Kokuba Sensei was not “renamed” Kuniba.
Kuniba is the Japanese pronunciation of the characters for the Okinawan name Kokuba.
Shogo Kuniba was named Kosho Kokuba when he was born, but he decided to use the Japanese pronunciation of tha characters for his name.
Kokuba Kosei never adopted the Kuniba pronunciation.
