I practice Hayashi-Ha Shito ryu. I believe that any given martial arts is great if taught right, but I think when I found this one that I truly connected with it and I wouldnt be the same person I am today without it.

What i’ve learned with it is far more important than fighting. I would like to hear any info about this style. I love hearing about styles and comparing. Thanks.
