I study Shito-Ryu under Sensei Tim Salerno in Mount Vernon Wa. I enjoy this form of martial art and as a 34 year old mother my son and I have been students for a year now and I’ve noticed a great change in my flexibility, my strenght, confidence, and most of all state of mind. This martial art form I’m sure like many others is very dissaplined but I have embraced every bit if it as a way of life.
