Helo, i’m very suprised that no one ever posted about shorinji kempo in this website,unlike other site. I’m a 2nd Dan Tae Kwon Do ITF, when i first learned about Shorinji Kempo. The Sensei who is also 2nd Dan (My own uncle apparently)completely brush me off in less than a minute when i spar with him during my 1st day of lesson. My kicking styles was no match for his speed, no nonsense approach of hitting and locking technique. I was amazed and have been a keen student ever since. Thank you
