I have been studying martial arts for over 30 years I have been teaching Combative Martial Arts system for 10 years It involves Karate Tae Kwon Do with an element of Judo with a high percentage of the system based on self defence it seems to have many similarities to Shukokai with High stances and the fact that it take a lot of commitment to ensure through stamina and understanding of the art.
