I agree sumo is not a martial art. I do respect the SPORT though. I have watched a documentary on it and have grown a respect for the traditions within the sport, like the throwing of the salt and stuff. They eat very healthy food, in fact, they wouldn’t consider eating “junk” food to poision their bodies. They just eat A LOT of food. They eat 7-8 full meals a day. Including a lot of meats and pastas.
