Body fat is conducive to oestrogen, that’s one reason why fat dudes are girly. Oestrogen is the hormone that you want nothing to do with, if you are really fighting. Sumos are crawling with it, so most warriors can down a sumo with basic striking (i.e. boxing). But seriously, sumo is useless, because that’s all a sumo can really be. It completely limits one’s versatility as a fighter, and versatility is a must-have for any true warrior.
