I remember seeing a sumo wrestler in the UFC back when it first started and was still a tournament. He got it handed to him by some Tae-Kwon-Do guy and was knocked out incredibly quick. I don’t think I ever saw him compete again.

They may be strong but that just supports the fact that Sumo Wrestling is not a martial art, more of a sport. Some may be tough, but the art compared to others is mediocre
