To all those who believe that sumo’s are just fat people you are very wrong for 2 reasons. Reason 1) there is a difference between the kind of fat most people have and the fat a sumo has.Normally fat is centriliesed around the torso and thus crushes the hart and lungs. In a sumo however there weight is spread out over there body just under there skin this is because sumo’s eat little or no fat and take in massive carbohydrates right before sleeping carbs are quickly broken down and evter the blood stream where they then get stored just under the skin as fat when the sumo goes to sleep unlike fat wich breaks down slowly and such when you go to sleep just gets stored right outside/around the organs in the torso.
Reason 2) A sumo’s day Wake up train for 7hours strait eat a big brunch of carbs take a 1 hour nap, wake up and train until dinner eat more carbs and go to sleep reapeat indefinetly.
