TKD, it kicks. But, it’s really more than that, and depending on the dojong where you train in this art you can learn several aspects of the martial arts, not just kicking or sport TKD. Self-defense techniques, weapons training, cardio, physical training and fitness, etc. It’s more than just kicks.
