The U.S.C.D.K.A. (United States Chung Do Kwan Association) has the world’s highest non-oriental (didn’t come from Korea) blackbelt in the world: Senior Grand Master Edward B. Sell (9th Degree Black Belt, and his wife, Grand Master Brenda J. Sell (8th Degree Black Belt) is the highest female black blet in the world.

TKD is sometimes called “Korean Karate” so the two are very similar. In TKD there is more of an emphisis on kicking techniques rather than hand techniques, but there are a lot of these. Tae Kwon Do is the most effective form of self-defense in the world. We, (that includes myself), the U.S.C.D.K.A., are the BEST OF THE BEST.
