Looking at my last post I mentioned the founder of Tang Soo Do as “Hwang Ki Kim.” I mispoke; his name was Hwang Ki. He had a student by the name of Ki Wang Kim, and I got the name confused because Ki Whang Kim had a studio where I grew up in MD. He was the one who joined Taekwondo, where Hwang Ki had refused.
