I’ve been studying martial arts for about 15 years now including choy li fut, aikido and tae kwon do. Those aren’t the most dangerous arts, but I’m now studying at an mma school and I know for sure I’m far better off with boxing and mma.

We alternate american boxing and thai boxing classes. I don’t know everything about other arts but just look at the fights of boxing vs other arts and see what happens, lol.
